Cancellation would be granted by the Senior Registration Manager or Higher Authorities on receiving cancellation requests through the website. The cancellation Amount will be counted on total booking amount only.
- 100% refund if cancelled before 45 days of scheduled arrivals.
- 90% refund if cancelled before 30 days of scheduled arrival.
- 80% refund if cancelled before 20 days of scheduled arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled before 10 days of scheduled arrival.
- No refund if cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- Modification (Date Change) charge shall be Rs. 750/- per guest (18% GST extra), subject to availability and/or any rate difference.
- Name Change will be treated as cancellation only.
- Note: Organiser reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.
How to cancel your booking
- Login to our Website & then go to your Dashboard
- Find your upcoming stay for which you are cancelling
- Click on Cancellation Request & fill the form
- Mention your reason for cancelling your stay
- Submit Your Cancellation Request
- Cancellation Team will be call you regarding your cancellation within 48 working hours
- After Canceled your Booking, you will get your refund by account in 7 to 12 working days
- In case of refund, transcation charges are not refundable by banks/payment gateways.
